Sarah's late ADHD diagnosis at age 46, after her daughter's diagnosis at 8, sparked a deep exploration of neurodivergence. Sarah started to understand why many high-performing neurodiverse professionals, like herself, sometimes struggle with some aspects of work.

With 25 years of corporate and government experience in change management, program design, stakeholder engagement, and Gender, Equity, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI), Sarah brings deep leadership and organisational development expertise.

Sarah continues to work in mainstream employment in International Development, ensuring her lived experience remains current, relevant, and grounded in real-world contexts.
