HOW WE WORK

Our Approach

Lived experience meets professional expertise

We've lived this and can translate personal senior management insights into practical, outcome-focused guidance by identifying gaps where traditional behaviour and policies fail neurodiverse employees.

Co-design at the core

We manage change in consultation with employees and leadership, ensuring buy-in and benefits that are meaningful, trusted, and supported across the organisation.

Evidence-based outcomes

We track progress through data visualisation, enabling organisations to demonstrate genuine, measurable improvements.

OUR NAME

Why Eclectic Mind

From ancient Greek philosophy to modern neuroinclusion — a name that reflects how we think and work.

THE WORD

eclectic /ɩˈklɛktɪk/

From the Greek eklektikos - meaning “to select the best.”

Deriving ideas, style, or taste from a broad and diverse range of sources rather than following a single doctrine.

A philosophy of open-minded, adaptive thinking that draws from many schools of thought - choosing what works best for each unique situation.

THE CONNECTION

The Neurodiverse Brain

The neurodiverse brain is naturally eclectic - it makes connections across domains, thinks divergently, and thrives on variety. This is a strength, not a deficit.

“Mind” reflects our focus on cognitive diversity and the unique strengths of neurodivergent thinking.

The "Brain Tree"

Our logo - a brain tree - represents growth. Ideas branching outward, rooted in evidence, reaching toward possibility. It symbolises the potential that flourishes when neurodiverse minds are properly supported.
